Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: We guarantee all of our dog and cat food with this receipt, failure to provide a receipt will result in STORE CREDIT ONLY .Dry foods must be in its original packaging and will receive a price per pound credit based upon what is left. Any UNOPENED canned food can be returned for full credit. Raw food must be in its original packaging and must be frozen at the time of return and will receive a price per pound credit based upon what is left. Freeze dried foods must be in its original packaging and will receive a price per pound credit based upon what is left. Gently Cooked foods whether frozen(must be frozen at the time of return) or shelf stable that are unopened can be returned for full credit. Any other product such as but not limited to treats, supplement, ete that are UNOPENED can be returned for credit. Pet accessories such as collars, harnesses & leashes can be returned as long as the tags are intact, once the tags are removed the item can not be returned. Manufacturer guarantees must be done through the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE: Special orders are defined as a product that the store does not stock. We have the right to refuse returns for any reason.
